     • yes, i was born in finland (kouvola) and my childhood/youth memories are „rooted“ in carelian culture. but i’m living in switzerland for ages…love spending every year some two months in summer in lapland in my small cottage (that’s my soul-landscape).

     • So cool! 🙂 I still haven’t been to Lapland but it’s on my list. I believe the landscapes are breathtaking there.

     • did you see already some of my silent landscapes?

     • I think I didn’t. I will try to search for them. 🙂

     • Maybe that is why humans love to be around the sea? (other than evolutionary aspects, of course) I like to imagine that we somehow feel a little bit homesick for the sea.
