Above all ,your black and white humascapes are very fascinating for me, first as a form giving structure to the paintings and then bigger and more in detail with wonderful life, scenes and compositions! Congrats!!
i’m happy with your words!
“while painting this it was like a hypnotic ascent from the exterior world and an equally mesmerizing descent into the interior; a simultaneous rising and falling, far from seeming strange or disorienting. it felt quite natural, almost exhilarating, with a scent of jasmin” (this was written in my “paintingbook”)

All are nice but Wow…frozen memories is spectacular!
Humanscapes
Are human landscapes?!
In any case: expressive
And impressing (me)
sometimes i think, it would better to give no titles, to leave more space for the viewers‘ own interpretation. anyway, the best is to hear that you liked them.
Well, sometimes I think, it would be better that artists give titles to their works of art…a few days ago I was having a look at the Oskar Schlemmer Exhibition in the Staatsgalerie — about half if his drawings had no title…
titles have mostly to do with one’s moods while painting (in my mind). i also have experienced that very many artistical/not artistical people are much interested in this part of the creatives that is involved in the internal process. but still i’m in two minds about it…
…I can understand that
—- but imagine… half of the books published had no titles…
now i didn’t quite understand how you meant that?!
Well, 50 percent of the drawings of Schlemmer had no title, when I looked at them in the Staatsgalerie…
Now imagine going to Hugendubel, walking around there and looking at the books, where 50 percent of it are without title…okay?
oh yes, that would be truly a crazy and very confusing situation!
So, that is the reason why I love titles!
And not „o.T.“ or „Abstract Nr. 57 *hehe*
Did you get it?! *smile*
you’re you and that’s very good 🙂
That really sounds good…
And my reply is:
